 New Modular Chamfering Drill Holders
 
  ISCAR’s chamfering holders were designed to offer standard chamfering options for producing 30°,45° and 60° chamfers around holes in the diameter range of 7.5 to 20.9 mm, using ISCAR’s standard UNICHAMDRILL drill type.

The CHAMRING has two chamfering inserts which provide a balanced and smooth cut during the chamfering operation for blind, as well as through hole applications.

The unique design of two chamfering inserts on the standard CHAMRING enables a combination operation of drilling and chamfering.
A constant speed and feed can be maintained during both operations, resulting in high quality of both the hole and the chamfer.

The projection of the UNICHAMDRILL inserted into the CHAMRING can be adjusted for various drilling depths in blind and through hole applications for the standard 30°, 45° and 60° chamfers.
